WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
During your first appointment, you are greeted by our friendly staff. Soon one of our providers will take vitals like weight, blood pressure, and heart rate. Then you answer a series of health questions. Our experts meet with you to discuss your previous medical history in-depth and do a thorough physical assessment, including neurological function indicators if needed. After gathering this information, our team will discuss next steps and make recommendations for your care plan. You may complete some labs in office or be sent with lab kits or lab orders to complete before your next appointment.
OUR PRACTICE
We are currently located in North Wilmington, Delaware. Our location is convenient from the following major cities: Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC and New York City.
We are seeing patients in-person and via telehealth for new and established patients. To become a patient please scroll up and fill out the sign-up form. We will call to schedule your appointment after we receive your sign-up form.
